Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food service health and safety standards/techniques
- Knowledge of food service operations
- Skill in operating food service equipment such as ovens, utensils, holding units
- Ability to work in hot kitchen environment and high volume of noise
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food service items
- Warm food to be served
- Prepare breakfast and lunch
- Set up area for meal services and ensure proper temperatures are maintained
- Prepare snack bar serving area
- Perform cashier duties
- Ensure cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas to include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Clean, sanitize and maintain health and safety standards in work area
- Conduct inventory
- Assist food service delivery driver with unloading of items
- Prepare food and assist with special events
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Food Service Coordinator
